1. Cancellation Policy

Users can cancel their subscription at any time, but the cancellation will only prevent future renewals (if applicable).If you cancel a paid plan, the services will continue until the end of your current validity period. No prorated refunds will be issued.
There is no option to cancel and get a refund once the plan is active and services have been consumed in any form.

2. Refund Policy

Duplicate Payment: If you've been charged more than once for the same service due to a technical issue.

Unintentional Purchase: If you purchased a plan by mistake and have not used any features (e.g., contacting profiles, sending messages).

Service Failure: If technical issues on our end prevent you from accessing purchased features and we are unable to resolve them.

❌ Non-Refundable Scenarios:

You changed your mind after purchasing a plan.

You did not get a desired match within your subscription period.

You have used premium features like contacting or messaging.

Plan assigned due to referral, coupon, or promotion.
